1. Personal information we collect
Through our contact forms, we collect your name, the name of your medical institution or company, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your inquiry.
2. Purpose of use
We use the personal information we collect only to answer and contact you about your inquiry and to propose our services. We do not use it for any other purpose.
3. Disclosure to third parties
Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
4. Management of personal information
We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of personal information.
Our contact forms use a service provided by a U.S. company, Netlify, Inc. Submitted content is stored on Netlify's service, automatically screened for spam (Akismet), and then delivered to our email (a Google service). The subprocessors Netlify has published (including those that store data and operate servers) are all located in the United States. Submitted content is handled under Netlify's Data Processing Agreement. We take security measures based on our understanding of the U.S. personal information protection system, as described in the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan's survey of foreign systems for the protection of personal information (United States: federal and California).
5. Disclosure, correction and deletion
If you ask us to disclose, correct or delete your personal information, we will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
